1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the t9999 website at https://t9999.wine, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and t9999. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the t9999 platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of t9999 regardless of how they access the platform — through a desktop browser, a mobile browser or any application made available by t9999. They apply to all sections of the platform including sports betting, cricket betting, PSL betting, esports betting, card games, Aviator, promotions and any other products or services offered by t9999 now or in the future.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of t9999 complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. t9999 provides its services to adult users and requires all users to confirm they are using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account at t9999. By registering, you declare that you are 18 or older. t9999 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a user is found to be under 18, their account will be suspended immediately, all bets placed will be voided and any deposits will be returned to the original payment method used.

2.2 One Account Per User

Each individual may hold only one registered account at t9999. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, t9999 will merge or close the additional accounts. Any winnings or bonuses obtained through multiple accounts may be voided in full.

3Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

t9999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. t9999 does not accept payments in any other currency. No conversion fees are charged by t9999, though your bank or wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

3.2 Minimum & Maximum Limits

• Maximum single deposit: subject to your verified account tier and applicable payment method limits
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

t9999 processes withdrawal requests continuously. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets typically complete within minutes. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to a few hours during standard banking hours. t9999 does not charge withdrawal fees. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

3.4 Verification Before Withdrawal

t9999 may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering requirement. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC, a selfie with your ID, or a screenshot of your payment wallet showing your registered name. Verification requests are processed as quickly as possible by the t9999 team.

4General Betting Rules

4.1 Bet Placement

Bets are accepted only when confirmed by the t9999 system. A bet is not valid until you receive a confirmation reference number. It is your responsibility to verify that bets have been accepted correctly before the event begins. t9999 is not responsible for bets not placed due to connectivity issues on the user's end.

4.2 Odds and Market Accuracy

t9999 makes every effort to display accurate odds and market information at all times. In cases where odds are displayed in error — due to a technical fault, data feed issue or human error — t9999 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds. Users who knowingly exploit obvious pricing errors will have the relevant bets voided and may have their accounts reviewed.

4.3 Void Bets

A bet may be voided for the following reasons: the event did not take place on the scheduled date; the market was opened or closed in error; the event was abandoned before the minimum required play was completed; a participating team or player was incorrectly listed. Voided bets have the original stake returned in full to the user's t9999 balance.

4.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events at t9999. In-play odds update continuously. Once a bet is confirmed by the t9999 system, it cannot be cancelled. t9999 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including during ball-by-ball events where unexpected developments require market adjustment. Bets placed immediately before a suspension that were clearly informed by knowledge of the suspended event may be voided.

4.5 Maximum Winnings

t9999 applies maximum winnings limits per event and per day. These limits are detailed in your account dashboard and vary by sport, market type and account tier. Winnings exceeding the applicable limit will be capped at the stated maximum regardless of the odds at which the bet was placed.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers at t9999 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer on the Promotions page. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your t9999 account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier, eligible markets, minimum odds and time limit applicable to each bonus are stated in the relevant promotion. Bets placed on markets with odds below the stated minimum do not count toward wagering requirements.

5.3 Welcome Bonus

New t9999 members may be eligible for a welcome deposit bonus. To qualify you must register a new account, make a qualifying first deposit of at least the stated minimum amount, and opt in to the bonus where required. The welcome bonus is available to one account per household, per device and per IP address. t9999 reserves the right to withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, coordinating bets with other users to guarantee bonus outcomes, or any other strategy that t9999 determines to be bonus abuse will result in the relevant bonus being voided, associated winnings being forfeited and the user's account being reviewed. t9999's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

6Cricket & PSL Specific Rules

6.1 Match Completion

For T20 matches, a minimum of 10 overs per side must be completed for match bets to stand. For ODIs, a minimum of 20 overs per side must be completed. For Tests, the match must reach a natural conclusion (win, draw or tie) within the scheduled days for match result bets to stand. Where the minimum is not met, match bets are voided and stakes returned.

6.2 DLS Method

Where matches are subject to weather interruption and the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method is applied, the official DLS result is the settled result for all match winner markets at t9999. Handicap and total markets may be voided in DLS-affected matches at t9999's discretion — the specific ruling will be announced on the relevant market.

6.3 PSL Rules

PSL matches follow the same minimum overs rules as standard T20 cricket. Where a PSL match is rescheduled to a different venue but played within 48 hours, existing pre-match bets stand unless stated otherwise. PSL outright winner markets remain open until the tournament concludes; teams eliminated during the competition are settled as losers immediately upon elimination.

6.4 Player Markets

Top batsman and top bowler markets at t9999 are settled based on the official scorecard published by the relevant cricket board. In the event of a tie in runs scored (for top batsman) or wickets taken (for top bowler), the tie-breaking criteria is strike rate for batsmen and economy rate for bowlers. If a nominated player does not bat or bowl, their selection is voided and the stake returned.

7Esports Betting Rules

7.1 Match Postponement

Esports matches postponed and rescheduled within 24 hours of the original start time: existing pre-match bets stand for the rescheduled fixture. Matches postponed beyond 24 hours: all bets are voided and stakes returned. Matches cancelled without rescheduling: all bets voided, stakes returned.

7.2 Tournament Format Changes

If an esports tournament changes its format after markets have been opened — for example, a best-of-3 series changed to a best-of-1 — t9999 reserves the right to void all affected markets. The decision to void or re-price will be announced on the relevant market page and communicated via t9999 support.

7.3 Technical Issues During Matches

If a technical issue — server crash, power failure, network outage — causes an esports match to be abandoned and requires a restart, t9999 will apply the official ruling of the tournament organiser. Bets placed on the incomplete session are voided unless the organiser confirms the session result stands, in which case t9999 settles accordingly.

7.4 In-Play Esports

In-play esports markets at t9999 follow the same general in-play rules as sports markets. Map-specific markets settle when the relevant map concludes. Match winner markets settle when the full series result is confirmed. t9999 uses official data providers for all esports results; unofficial streams or community scores are not used for settlement purposes.

8Responsible Gaming

t9999 employs monitoring systems to detect prohibited activities. Users found engaging in any of the above will have their accounts investigated, suspended or permanently closed at t9999's sole discretion. t9999 reserves the right to pursue legal remedies where prohibited activities cause material harm to the platform or its users.

12Account Suspension & Closure

t9999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where t9999 has reasonable grounds to believe that: the account holder has violated these Terms and Conditions; the account is being used for a prohibited activity; the account information provided is false or misleading; or closing the account is necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

Where an account is closed by t9999 for a violation, any bonus balance and associated winnings may be forfeited. Any real money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the user via the original deposit method following a review period. Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support at support@t9999.wine.

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. Once a self-exclusion is active, t9999 will take reasonable steps to prevent the user from accessing the platform, receiving promotional communications and opening new accounts during the exclusion period.

13Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, t9999 is not liable for: any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity arising from your use of t9999; any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform; any disruption to services caused by factors outside t9999's reasonable control including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider failures or force majeure events.

t9999's total liability to any individual user for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

While t9999 makes every effort to maintain service availability and accuracy of information, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times. Planned maintenance and emergency downtime may occur and will be communicated where possible.

14Changes to These Terms
